Marrington student captures awards




Shelby Droze, an eighth grade student at Marrington Middle School, was a dual winner in the recent Lt. Governor’s Writing and Governor’s Citizenship Awards. Her essay for the Lt. Governor’s Writing Award was chosen as the school’s winner and also received second place for the Berkeley County School District. Shelby has also been chosen to receive Marrington School’s Governor’s Citizenship Award.
